Building Better Boards: A Podcast:
Achieving strategic and inclusive governance in colleges and universities requires the involvement of all stakeholders: students, faculty, staff, senior leaders, board members, policymakers, and community members. However, governance issues and boards often go unnoticed until a significant problem arises within the campus community. This podcast series aims to enhance the understanding of higher education governance. By showcasing and humanizing the experiences of current and former trustees through interviews, and connecting governance topics to everyday life, the podcast seeks to play the long game – building the foundations that can lead to more effective boards that work for us all, episode by episode.
